Plan your trip details

Arrange a specific park meeting place

Set your return pickup at Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park using its official address: Road #3 Km. 32.4, Exit 992, Street A, Luquillo, Puerto Rico 00773. The park is in Luquillo, near Río Grande. Share the expected activity finish time and choose a shuttle pickup time that leaves room to collect your things and gather your party. Confirm where the driver will meet you before the visit. If someone else in your group is coordinating the ride, make sure everyone knows the meeting point and the contact number being used.

Specify your destination within San Juan

San Juan is a broad destination, so provide the neighborhood and complete street address when requesting your return shuttle. Include the name of your hotel, rental, restaurant, or other meeting place, along with a map pin if available. An address in Old San Juan, Condado, Ocean Park, or another part of the city calls for its own drop-off plan. For a hotel, confirm the guest entrance; for a rental, share relevant building details. Check the full address rather than relying only on a property's description as being in the San Juan area.

Build the ride around your next plan

Decide whether you are returning to your accommodation or going directly to another destination before requesting the ride. If you want to collect bags or change clothes before continuing elsewhere, provide both addresses and ask whether that itinerary can be arranged. Share any scheduled reservation or appointment time without relying on a guaranteed journey duration. If passengers need different drop-offs across San Juan, list them in advance so you can confirm the route and fare together. Keep the final destination clear, especially if it differs from the address used for your morning pickup.

Request and confirm your return shuttle

Call or WhatsApp 7875088304 with the travel date, passenger count, desired park pickup time, and exact San Juan destination. Mention luggage, child-seat requirements, or accessibility needs before confirming. Ask for the fare and verify how any requested stops are handled. If you arranged a shuttle to the park, confirm the return booking too; a driver is not assumed to wait through your activity. For delays, contact the shuttle service early and obtain a confirmed new pickup time if a change is possible. Keep the agreed meeting instructions available when it is time to leave.

Questions about your return shuttle to San Juan

Is San Juan enough detail for my destination?

Provide the neighborhood, full street address, and hotel or property name. San Juan includes different destinations, and an exact address helps the shuttle service discuss the drop-off point and quote.

Can passengers have different drop-offs in San Juan?

List every requested address before confirming the reservation. Ask whether the itinerary can be accommodated and have the route and fare agreed, rather than assuming additional drop-offs are included.

Does my outbound ride automatically include the return?

Confirm the return leg explicitly. Agree on the park meeting point, return pickup time, San Juan destination, and fare arrangements. Do not assume the outbound driver waits during your activity.
